I have produced a series of 16 watercolour paintings, one for each Province and Territory as well as one for the oceans and one for the mountains, also a cluster of maple leaves to express the unity of the whole. Except for Newfoundland and Nunavut all are places I have visited. I have worked from my own photography and recall of the scenes produced. Each one makes a statement about the province or territory, some political, some what I feel, some a little more philosophical.
